2018 ELECTION

I hope the results of the election will remove some of the fear and doom that so many Americans have.

The Democrats have taken over the House and that is very good news. It will thwart attempts to cut social security, Medicare and many programs the Republican want to under finance. The Senate remains in the hands of the Republicans, too bad. The Trump agenda will still have more trouble messing things up. 

I read that the extreme right has 6% of the American voters and the extreme left also has 6%. That leaves 88% of the voters in the solid and fluid middle. That too should allay fears of a pending dictatorship.
